1. Consideration of a Binding Site Plan Application submitted by the City of Richland to divide 24.9 acres of commercial property into 9 lots on property located east of Kingsgate Way and south of SR 240.
2. Consideration of a preliminary plat and rezone application to change the zoning on a 3.4 acre site from Agriculture to R1-10 Single Family Residential and to divide the property into 11 residential lots known as "Westcliffe Heights II". The property is located on Little Badger Mountain, east of Bermuda Road.
